I've felt surprisingly well today. No bursts of tears or breakdowns or fits of anger -- I hung out with Jen most of the day, got Michael and Mackie to move my livingroom furniture, painted some... I even watched TV for 30 minutes (gasp! this will NOT become a habit, I say!!) but, all in all, it was nice to not have school (even though the tropical storm hit new orleans and not us, which was NOT fair) and not have work.

And now I'm getting ready to go out.

To those who were a part of my day today: thank you. I needed you, and like the good friends that you are, you were there.
